Driving Directions from Seattle (West) to 8015 SE 28th St, Mercer Island, WA

If you’re coming from Seattle or the I-5 corridor:

  1. Head east on I-90 E toward Mercer Island.
  2. Take Exit 7B for Island Crest Way.
  3. At the exit, turn right onto SE 30th Street.
  4. In about 270 feet, turn right onto 80th Ave SE.
  5. After turning right onto SE 28th Street, you’ll quickly approach a small intersection at the base of the overpass.
  6. On your right, you’ll see a white two-story office building with large black-trimmed windows, three flagpoles, and a sidewalk lined with trees and a white fire hydrant — this is Island Crest Plaza.
    Look for the driveway entrance just before the overpass begins.
    Turn right into the parking lot, directly next to the flagpoles.
  7. This is the main entrance to the plaza.

Driving Directions from Bellevue (East) to 8015 SE 28th St, Mercer Island, WA

If you’re coming from Bellevue, Issaquah, or anywhere east of Mercer Island:

  1. Head west on I-90 W toward Mercer Island.
  2. Take Exit 7 for Island Crest Way.
  3. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Island Crest Way.
  4. In about 0.1 miles, turn right onto SE 28th Street.
  5. After turning right onto SE 28th Street, look for a white two-story office building with large black-trimmed windows and flagpoles out front on the left-hand side — this is Island Crest Plaza.
    You’ll see a “Right Lane Must Turn Right” sign and a small parking lot entrance just before the flagpoles and sidewalk corner.
